Rather than offering open tasting events, we schedule tastings once a couple has entered the planning phase so the menu reflects the style and format of their wedding.
This ensures the tasting experience is meaningful and aligned with your event.

Is fire part of every wedding?

Fire influences how we cook across all services, but it’s not always visible. The level of on-site presence depends on the service style and venue.

Can menus be adjusted?

Menus are designed by Fyrestoke, with flexibility where execution allows. We’ll guide what works best for your service style and guest count.

What is the difference between Fyreside and Black Label?

The Fireside Wedding Experience is our structured buffet service designed for smooth guest flow and reliable execution.

The Black Label Fire Experience is our plated service designed for a more immersive and elevated reception format.

Key differences include:
• Buffet vs plated dinner service
• Increased service staff and coordination
• Expanded live-fire presentation

Black Label events are limited to 12 per year to maintain execution quality.

Our systems are specifically designed to support locations that may not have built-in kitchen infrastructure while still delivering a structured and professional dining experience.m.

How far in advance should we book wedding catering?

Most couples book 9–14 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season.
Because we accept a limited number of events each year, popular summer and fall dates tend to fill quickly.
If your date is already reserved, we’re always happy to recommend trusted catering partners.
