Fyrestoke is built around one idea: food should fit the moment it’s served in.
Sometimes that means being visible. Sometimes it means staying quiet and dependable. What matters is that the food feels intentional — shaped by the event, the space, and the people gathered.
Fire influences how we cook, not how we perform. We use heat, smoke, and technique where they serve the food best, and we step back where they don’t. The goal is never to dominate the room — it’s to support it.
That’s how we approach every event, regardless of size or service style.
Our Approach
There’s no single way catering should look.
Some gatherings call for fire you can feel. Others need food that arrives quietly, holds properly, and lets the rest of the day breathe. We design menus and service around those realities — not around trends or templates.

Meet Manda

Manda has been cooking professionally since 2011, with her foundation rooted in live-fire cooking and high-volume service. She learned the discipline of feeding crowds early — where timing, consistency, and control matter more than ego.
Her experience spans open-fire pits, restaurant kitchens, fine-dining environments, and large-scale meal production. Across it all, the focus stayed the same: cook food that holds up under pressure and feels right in the moment it’s served.
At Fyrestoke, Manda leads the kitchen with a steady hand, shaping menus that balance bold flavor with execution that actually works — no shortcuts, no guesswork.
Her belief is simple and unchanged:
Food, community, and fire belong together.

Meet Logan

Logan’s path to catering wasn’t linear — it was built through movement, problem-solving, and a long stretch of learning how businesses actually function day to day.
Before Fyrestoke, he spent over a decade building operational and business experience across retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and seasonal work throughout Canada. That range taught him how quickly things fall apart when systems, communication, or planning are loose.
At Fyrestoke, Logan focuses on operations, logistics, and experience design — making sure what’s promised can be delivered cleanly, on time, and without friction. His role is to create structure that allows the food to shine without chaos behind the scenes.
Together with Manda, he helps keep Fyrestoke grounded, intentional, and reliable.
