Chef Manda has been cooking professionally since 2011, with a career spanning high-volume festival kitchens, downtown Toronto restaurants, fine dining resorts, and community food programs.
Trained under a Red Seal chef and seasoned on live-fire grills, Chef Manda has spent over a decade sharpening skills across high-volume kitchens, fine dining, and live-fire grills.
Alongside her fiancée, She leads Fyrestoke with technical precision and calm authority — turning heat and smoke into food that stands on its own.
