Chef Manda has been cooking professionally since 2011, with a career spanning high-volume festival kitchens, downtown Toronto restaurants, fine dining resorts, and community food programs.
Trained under a Red Seal chef and seasoned on live-fire grills, Manda brings technical skill, creative range, and calm leadership to every event.
Alongside her fiancée, she founded Embers & Atlas Catering on Pender Island to create food that brings people together—rooted in fire, inspired by travel, and built for meaningful gatherings.
